About the uses of Your Data
At The Sunrise Stamper, we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information for the following reasons:
- Assisting you with orders, events, booking for events or other products and services that you choose to purchase or request assistance from the The Sunrise Stamper
- Legal purposes that The Sunrise Stamper requires to satisfy government requirements (i.e. taxes) needed to do business across the internet
- Keeping you informed of the events, projects, tutorials and other activities happening with The Sunrise Stamper
- Your information will not be shared with any Third Party for marketing purposes without your explicit consent
- When you place an order for Stampin’ Up! products via my Stampin’ Up! website, it will ask for name, email, shipping and billing addresses, phone number and payment details. This data is stored by Stampin’ Up! in the USA. Stampin’ Up! also passes your name, shipping address and phone number onto the designated shipping courier for the purposes of delivering your order. The shipping courier uses the data to print labels and for routing the packages within their system.
- Ordering Stampin’ Up! Products Online. Stampin’ UP! makes all details (with the exception of payment information) available to me as your Stampin’ Up! demonstrator. This allows me to see your order and assist with returns or refunds and provide support to you. The Sunrise Stamper adds your email address to the mail service to enable me to send you customer service emails and any other information we believe is relevant to you.

- Comments. When you leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the your IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Our website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our website. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our website and also allows us to improve our site.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
